Saubrigues, Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse
Rendez-vous aux jardins

On June 6, 7, and 8, 2025, let's explore nature close to home with family or friends. The Ministry of Culture invites us to a long weekend in partner parks and gardens, which are opening their doors. Young and old alike will be able to meet gardeners, landscapers, guides, botanists... all ready to share their love of gardens! A wonderful opportunity to marvel, learn while having fun, and enjoy the outdoors together!

Stone gardens, garden stones

June 6, 7 and 8, 2025

This weekend, it's time to celebrate nature with "Rendez-vous aux jardins"! In Landes Atlantique Sud, it's two gardens that are part of this national event. Walks, discoveries and activities in the open air: a great idea for a family outing to enjoy spring and marvel at the heart of our beautiful spaces:

Your stones are precious!

  • Saturday June 7, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m.

Ten years after the first plantings in this unique botanical garden, the Jardins de l'Humanité have become a haven of unmissable plant and animal biodiversity. There are no stones in its sandy soil, so if you'd like, participate in the collaborative creation of a dry garden by bringing your own! A stone from your garden, a stone brought back from a trip, a pretty pebble, or a large rock, which will then be placed in the Japanese garden as a refuge for lizards and a support for succulents.
Continuous opening this weekend of the reopening of the Gardens of Humanity, with the spotlight on the wheel of our peacock Saphir seducing his sweetheart Emerald...

Prices: €5 from 2 years old – Reduced price and free on the garden’s website.
